AI-Powered Shopping Experience
InMotion Software, Inmar
Rescued Inmar's sophisticated but unused filtering system by making it actually usable. Inmar had built an advanced product filter that could account for medications, dietary goals, allergies, and personal preferences—way beyond typical grocery filters. The problem? It was so complex that shoppers completely ignored it, turning a valuable technology investment into expensive waste.
Created an AI "Personal Assistant" that learns from how people naturally browse and shop, then quietly uses that behavior to work Inmar's powerful filtering system behind the scenes. Instead of forcing customers to navigate complicated filter menus, the AI builds a visual "bubble-style" profile for each shopper that shows their relationships and preferences at a glance.
The result: shoppers finally started using the filtering system effectively, getting personalized recommendations that actually matched their needs. This transformed what was essentially dead technology into a competitive advantage, helping Inmar sell more while saving the investment they'd already made in the filtering database.
Democratized Crypto Trading
Kada Capital - Berlin, Germany
Made crypto trading accessible to people who didn't have time to monitor markets all day. Crypto trading is already more complex than regular trading, and it typically requires constant attention—watching markets, making decisions, and manually executing trades. Most people simply can't dedicate that much time to trading, even if they understand the markets.
Designed a platform that lets users create automated trading rules that execute themselves when specific triggers are hit. The interface simplifies connecting to crypto trading platforms through API integration, removing the technical barriers that usually stop people from getting started. Users can build their own automated strategies or discover proven ones from other traders.
Created a marketplace where strategy creators earn percentages from traders who use their automated rules—but only when those traders actually make profits. This creates a powerful incentive: the more successful a strategy becomes, the more people use it, and the more money the creator makes. The result is a constantly improving ecosystem where creators compete to build better and better automated trading strategies.
Anti-Fraud Verification System
Genuine, Inc.
Tackled the massive fraud problem in sports and entertainment memorabilia where fake autographs flood the market. Anyone could sign a jersey and claim it's from a famous athlete or movie star, leaving collectors with no reliable way to prove authenticity. Traditional authentication relied on expert opinions that could be disputed or forged certificates that provided little real proof.
Built a complete blockchain-based ecosystem that creates immutable proof of authenticity. The mobile app lets users film the actual signing or capture authentic moments, then automatically publishes that video evidence directly to the blockchain—solving the technical challenge of seamless app-to-blockchain integration.
Designed two authentication workflows: a team-based system that assigned different verification steps to multiple people, speeding up authentication by 5x compared to traditional methods, and a streamlined "wizard" version for individual users who needed quick verification.
Created a live auction platform where authenticated items could be sold with complete provenance tracking. Real-time bidding, instant outbid notifications, and detailed story profiles for each item—complete with verified footage of game-winning shots or actual signing moments.
The credibility boost from Bo Jackson becoming one of the first celebrities to authenticate memorabilia through Genuine opened doors to other high-profile opportunities. Items that went through the rigorous authentication process gained significant added value because buyers could finally trust they were getting genuine articles, not expensive fakes.
Email Experience Transformation
Oracle - AT&T Email Platform
Rescued AT&T's aging email platform from a shrinking user base. The interface looked like it was stuck in the early 2000s, and while long-time users stayed loyal, younger people wouldn't sign up and older users were gradually dropping off. AT&T was losing customers and couldn't attract new ones with an outdated email experience.
Designed a smart three-phase transformation that worked within engineering constraints. Started by "skinning" the existing interface—keeping all the technical positioning intact but giving it a modern visual makeover. This delivered quick wins while engineers worked on bigger changes. Phase two involved deeper updates: better sizing, spacing, typography, and colors that created a genuinely modern look.
The final phase built a complete communication dashboard that turned basic email into a central hub. Users could now manage scheduling, file storage, and multiple communication channels in one place, making AT&T competitive with modern platforms.
Results: the revamp attracted attention and brought in new, younger users while increasing time spent in the platform. AT&T transformed a declining product into something that could compete for today's users.
Unified Brand Architecture
Eventus - Financial Surveillance Leader
Fixed a brand identity crisis that was undermining Eventus's credibility in financial security. Despite providing surveillance technology for major platforms like Coinbase, Eventus had no cohesive brand standards—employees were creating client-facing materials using whatever fonts, colors, and layouts they felt like. In the high-stakes world of crypto and financial security, this inconsistency made them look unprofessional and unreliable.
The challenge intensified when Eventus launched four new products that all needed branded logos. Starting with their existing logo as the foundation, expanded that visual personality across the entire company. Created unified typography, color schemes, and brand standards that everyone could follow. Updated the website and product interfaces to match, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
Result: Eventus now presents a unified, professional identity that matches the sophistication of their surveillance technology. When financial institutions evaluate security providers, they see a company that looks as reliable and systematic as the products they're buying.
